Improvising a Muzzle
Improvising a Muzzle Step 1

A wounded animal could bite as a reaction to pain, so an improvised muzzle should be applied. Using a rolled cloth bandage, cloth string, or even a tie or pantyhose, follow these steps:

First. Place the muzzle around the snout (leaving two ends of equal lengths) and knot together at the bottom.

Second, pull both ends gently towards the back of the head and make a knot just under the ears, making a slip-knot if possible to allow fast removal if necessary.

Make sure the animal can breathe regularly.
